The MR extends generate_all_hyteg_forms.py such that one can generate the forms:

dg1_to_p2_plus_bubble_divt_affine
dg1_to_p2_plus_bubble_divt_blending
p2_plus_bubble_to_dg1_div_affine
p2_plus_bubble_to_dg1_div_blending

required to solve a 2D Stokes problem with the Conforming Crouzeix-Raviart element in HyTeG. See #49 and %Add support for solving 2D Stokes problems with the conforming Crouzeix-Raviart element in hyteg.
